The company offers pre-feasibility studies, FEED (Front-End Engineering Design), process design, equipment selection, and turnkey project management services for twin-screw extrusion lines as well as compounding and masterbatch production plants.

AIM Engineering is not tied to any specific machine manufacturer or brand; instead, it focuses on delivering the most suitable technical solution for each customer’s process requirements. Projects are approached comprehensively, covering capacity assessment, material characterization, mass and energy balances, plant layout, ATEX requirements, and commissioning activities.

Rather than limiting scope to single-machine supply, projects are planned as integrated line solutions and complete production systems.

AIM validates technical and economic viability through feasibility and FEED, defining scope, budget and schedule to reduce risk. Typical FEED deliverables include preliminary Mass & Energy balances, a preliminary BOM, equipment and instrument lists with sizing and specifications, detailed PFDs, P&IDs, plus layout and electrical preliminaries. In compounding and masterbatch, AIM deploys scalable line architectures with process optimization and automation integration on a global basis, with a primary focus on plastics processing and adjacent chemical applications to ensure high, repeatable performance.
