Work begins with needs discovery and scope definition; FEED deliverables (e.g., mass-energy balances, preliminary PFDs/P&amp;IDs) de-risk execution and validate budget and schedule. 
Vendor-agnostic equipment selection, HSE/ATEX requirements, and full documentation are coordinated end-to-end; post-commissioning training, maintenance, and spare-parts options are configured as required. 
The process follows transparent governance, a single point of contact, and defined acceptance criteria.

AIM ENGINEERING

AIM delivers process-centric, turnkey engineering for co-rotating twin-screw extruders and peripheral equipment. Process analysis, line/equipment selection and configuration, procurement, installation and commissioning are coordinated end-to-end; optional training, maintenance and spare-parts services are integrated as required. A vendor-agnostic approach enables brand/model choices to be tailored to project needs, while ATEX applications are managed comprehensively—including Ex-proof equipment supply, conformity documentation and audit dossiers for hazardous areas. AIM validates technical and economic viability through feasibility and FEED, defining scope, budget and schedule to reduce risk. Typical FEED deliverables include preliminary Mass & Energy balances, a preliminary BOM, equipment and instrument lists with sizing and specifications, detailed PFDs, P&IDs, plus layout and electrical preliminaries. In compounding and masterbatch, AIM deploys scalable line architectures with process optimization and automation integration on a global basis, with a primary focus on plastics processing and adjacent chemical applications to ensure high, repeatable performance.
